RESPONSIBILITIES:
EFFECTIVE DIVISION OF TEAM WORK BASED ON THE WORKLOAD THAT HAS BEEN DONE
COORDINATE AND SUPERVISE TEAM PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO SOP
MAXIMIZING TEAM PERFORMANCE TO ACHIEVE PREDETERMINED TEAM TARGETS
BUILD AND MAINTAIN GOOD RELATIONS WITH BUSINESS PARTNERS
HELP CHECK THE COMPLETENESS OF DOCUMENTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES ARE RUNNING WELL
REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS SUPERVISOR
WORK SYSTEMATICALLY, MULTITASKING, FAST, THOROUGH AND PRECISE
HAVE A DESIRE ORIENTATION ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND ABLE TO ANALYZE PROBLEMS WELL
ACCUSTOMED TO ORGANIZING PLANNING AND COORDINATING WITH THE TEAM
HONEST, DISCIPLINED, ASSERTIVE AND ABLE TO WORK HARD BOTH IN A TEAM AND INDIVIDUALLY
