Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • EFFECTIVE DIVISION OF TEAM WORK BASED ON THE WORKLOAD THAT HAS BEEN DONE
  • COORDINATE AND SUPERVISE TEAM PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO SOP
  • MAXIMIZING TEAM PERFORMANCE TO ACHIEVE PREDETERMINED TEAM TARGETS
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN GOOD RELATIONS WITH BUSINESS PARTNERS
  • HELP CHECK THE COMPLETENESS OF DOCUMENTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES ARE RUNNING WELL

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS SUPERVISOR
  • WORK SYSTEMATICALLY, MULTITASKING, FAST, THOROUGH AND PRECISE
  • HAVE A DESIRE ORIENTATION ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND ABLE TO ANALYZE PROBLEMS WELL
  • ACCUSTOMED TO ORGANIZING PLANNING AND COORDINATING WITH THE TEAM
  • HONEST, DISCIPLINED, ASSERTIVE AND ABLE TO WORK HARD BOTH IN A TEAM AND INDIVIDUALLY
