  • HAVE A MINIMUM EDUCATION HIGH SCHOOL OR DIPLOMA III OR STRATA 1 
  •  ABLE TO USE / OPERATE MS. OFFICE ESPECIALLY EXCEL WELL

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HANDLING ALL INCOMING CUSTOMER QUESTIONS AND CLAIM BY PHONE, EMAIL, AND OUR DASHBOARD IN PERSON
  • RESOLVING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND ISSUING CLAIM AS NEEDED
  • HAVING ABILITY TO ORGANIZE AND SHARE TIME AND GOOD COMMUNICATION
  • CAN WORK FAST, UNDER PRESSURE AND DARE TO TAKE ON NEW CHALLENGES
